Implants
Missing teeth can make it difficult to eat, smile and speak with confidence. Fortunately, dental implants are available to give patients a smile that looks and feels very natural.
An implant replaces the root, and after an appropriate amount of healing time, a crown is placed with a special attachment. Our doctors team up with experienced specialists to achieve the best possible results for each patient.
Implant technology has made it possible to replace missing teeth with fixed restoration, giving the patients an alternative to a removable appliance.

Dentures
Making natural looking dentures that fit properly is truly an art. At Englund & DesRoches Dentistry, we work closely with expert lab technicians to ensure that our patients will have the best fit possible.
You will be able to smile and speak with confidence and ease. Attention to detail is key!
Composites
In the pursuit to provide our patients with exceptional care, attention to dental research and education allow our doctors and staff to design natural looking, youthful smiles.
Current information has revealed that bonded tooth colored fillings and crowns aresuperior in strength and esthetics, compared to traditional dental amalgams, known as silver. Bonded, natural looking dentistry will enhance the appearance and longevity of your smile!
We no longer use dental amalgam based on these exciting advancements, in order to provide the very best for you.

Preventive Care
A simple routine of brushing and flossing, good eating habits and regular dental check-ups can help prevent most dental problems. We recommend professional teeth cleanings every six months, and check-up x-rays on a yearly basis for most patients.
Even patients who wear dentures need periodic oral soft tissue exams. Many diseases and medical conditions have signs that can appear in the mouth. When thorough home care is combined with innovative dental techniques and the preventive care of your dentist and hygienist, your teeth and gums can last a lifetime.
Depend on your dental team for regular checkups, cleanings, and treatment when appropriate; daily dental care is in your hands!
Neuromuscular Dentistry
What is neuromuscular dentistry? It is an aspect of dentistry that allows the dentist to objectively evaluate the complex relationship between teeth, temporomandibular joints (jaw joints) and the masticatory (chewing) muscles.
The goal in creating an ideal bite is to relax the muscles controlling jaw position in order to establish a true rest position upon which treatment considerations are based. This is accomplished by the use of TENS, a device that delivers a mild electrical stimulus to the face and neck region.
If you experience headaches, jaw pain, ear congestion or ringing, or face and neck pain, neuromuscular dentistry may help you.

Snore Guard
Is snoring or sleep apnea affecting your health or quality of life?
Sleep apnea may trigger other serious health problems like chronic sleepiness, high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke, morning headaches, heart burn and depression. If you have been diagnosed through a sleep study with snoring and/or mild-moderate sleep apnea and have ruled out medication, CPAP mask or surgery as treatment options an oral appliance may benefit you.
After a dental exam to rule out contraindications, a TAP appliance is made to wear during sleep. This custom made adjustable appliance holds the lower jaw in a forward position opening, the airway improving snoring and sleep apnea. Please call us if you have questions or are interested in having a TAP appliance made for you.

They are both well known for their expertise in administering exceptionally comfortable anesthesia.
